Expert Fence offers a 5-year workmanship warranty on new installs, the warranty is your coverage against workmanship, or installation errors; not manufactured product ( each manufacturer we work with has their own warranty ). Our warranty covers loose post resulting from normal use, post leaning, loose boards and gate hardware breaking under normal use.

We offer a 2 year workmanship warranty on all repairs.

This warranty does not include sagging gates due to improper use such as excess weight, any broken hardware due rough treatment , shrinking boards or any acts of nature such as wind, hail, tornadoes, lighting etc.
